"I recently had the pleasure of working with Delta Insulation, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From the initial consultation to the final installation, Scott and his team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. The communication throughout the process was top-notch. Scott was always available to answer my questions and provided clear, detailed explanations about the different insulation options available. This made it easy for me to make the best decision for myself. Their knowledge about insulation materials and techniques was impressive. They recommended the best solutions tailored to my home's specific needs, ensuring maximum energy efficiency and comfort. The installation crew was punctual, efficient, and respectful of my property. They completed the job on time and left the work area spotless. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to quality. Since the installation, I've noticed a significant improvement in my home's temperature regulation and a reduction in my energy bills. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality insulation services."

"I hired this Company to do insulation job in my house in areas where it was missing and they also did improvements in areas where it existed. I am very satisfied with the way they did it. They are very professional, they did it as expected. Very nice people to deal with. The price is reasonable. Based on my experience I do recommend them to prospective clients."

"I like the product so far. It is insulation so I will not know the full effectiveness for awhile. Installation was fine.a little mess, but this a very messy product by nature. My biggest concerns were all related to customer service and communication. Promises to call me tomorrow really meant never. Sales side of the company and the install side did not coordinate effectively..so my install appt had to be rescheduled. When the e-billing came, there was nothing on the invoice allowing me to pay..no address, no phone#, No pay here button, etc. It was just clearly a company living in disorganization. Even the company truck had out of date license plates. I think the product will be good and the value is solid. Just be very clear in your communication expectations if you choose this company."

Insulation questions, answered by experts

Insulating an unheated garage can still be worth it. For instance, insulating an attached garage can help with heat loss from your house in general, and it can also make it easier to store electronics in your garage without worrying about them being exposed to extreme temperatures.

If you use your detached garage as a workspace, insulation can still make a difference. Plus, you can use space heaters and a window unit AC to help condition the space while you work without installing heating.

Yes, cladding can help insulate your home by adding an additional layer to the exterior walls, which can minimize heat loss and enhance energy efficiency. However, it's essential to select cladding materials that include insulation for optimal results, as cladding without built-in insulation won't make nearly as much of a difference.

Yes, many professionals offer insulation options, such as insulated siding (including insulated metal siding), to improve your home's energy efficiency.

Although spray foam insulation typically has a higher price point than traditional insulation, the benefits often justify the investment. It offers superior sealing properties, which can lead to significant energy bill savings. Spray foam also provides excellent moisture resistance and soundproofing. Other advantages include improved indoor air quality by minimizing allergens, a long lifespan of 80 to 100 years, added structural strength to the home, and a straightforward installation process.

Water freezes at 32 degrees Fahrenheit, but the actual temperature that can cause frozen pipes can vary. Generally, it takes 12 hours for pipes to freeze at 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

Uninsulated pipes can freeze if it’s 20 degrees Fahrenheit or colder for over three hours. If your pipes are insulated, it can take six hours or longer for pipes to freeze. Note that some pipe types freeze more often than PEX pipes. Copper pipes freeze more often because the copper conducts energy and loses heat quickly.
