The customer service was fantastic and easy to schedule an appointment for an estimate. They even showed up early for the estimate and weâ re kind and courteous. When the insulation was installed the installers took delicate care of items in my home to make sure that they were protected and did a fantastic job. "I like the product so far. It is insulation so I will not know the full effectiveness for awhile. Installation was fine.a little mess, but this a very messy product by nature. My biggest concerns were all related to customer service and communication. Promises to call me tomorrow really meant never. Sales side of the company and the install side did not coordinate effectively..so my install appt had to be rescheduled. When the e-billing came, there was nothing on the invoice allowing me to pay..no address, no phone#, No pay here button, etc. It was just clearly a company living in disorganization. Even the company truck had out of date license plates. I think the product will be good and the value is solid. Just be very clear in your communication expectations if you choose this company."

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable.
