"He came out and installed quickly. Clean work, respected my property, went over everything well. The only issue we had was the buttons on the box were really hard to push after it spent a full day in the sun. After some over the phone troubleshooting we figured out we just had to push REALLY hard on the buttons. Installer said this was rare and he's only seen that happen once after 3 years of the box being placed. He agreed to come out and replace the box at the next visit after we get our Husky Shepard mix use to his training and "fenced" area. My only suggestion would be to make sure the location has shade most of the day or have them mount the box inside the home. Highly recommend. Friendly and knowledgeable, and our experience has been great. Definitely cheaper than installing a fence with the prices we have on lumber right now."

"It has now been a year since my fence was installed and a slab of concrete was poured. I a please to say no cracks in the concrete and the fence is still STURDY!"

"Aj was very professional with the whole process. He helped me with discussing how large and where the fence should go. He made sure job site was clean the entire time. I also appreciated the follow-up after the installation to ensure everything was working as expected. Thank you again!"

"Easy to work with, honest about process, very friendly customer service, and very pleased with our new fence!"

"Don and his asst. cleaned up, took the torn down fence away, and left me very satisfied with the outcome. I will use Hammer Handyman in the future and already have an estimate for another job. I really like that I was charged only for actual time and materials and not simply the estimated cost. I will recommend him to friends and coworkers."

"Highly recommend. Good communication, professionalism and work completed in a timely manner. We are happy with our fence and will do business again!"

"I called on Craftsman Direct for help with a rescued kitten! She always wants to be up high, so I needed to find some safe ways for her to do that. I called Craftsman Direct right smack in the middle of the Christmas/New Year holidays to install some shelving on my walls. Lee responded to me immediately and came out to do a free estimate shortly thereafter. Lee was very patient with me, as I wasn?t exactly sure what I needed. As an avid animal lover, he understood my kitty?s wants perfectly, and as important, he understood how the shelves needed to be installed to ensure their stability.
I received my detailed quote the next day, which incorporated necessary items I had not thought to ask for--and received a wonderful holiday surprise: Lee told me he would donate all the profits from my shelving project to Second Chance Pet Adoptions?a rescue organization he has long supported.
After I approved the quote, his craftsman Ed adjusted his schedule to come out to my home over the New Year holiday to complete the project. This holiday scheduling was a huge benefit for me! Ed did a wonderful job. He rolled with the punches when I discovered the shelf brackets originally quoted weren?t going to work and helped me pick new brackets?even though the new brackets required more painting on his part. He hung the shelving exactly as I requested. Of great importance to me, I had 100% confidence in Ed and felt comfortable leaving him at home with my kittens while I ran an errand. I knew he would ensure their safety and would not let them get outside.
Based on my experience with Craftsman Direct, I have called them back to install additional shelves for both my kitties to enjoy!"
