We are very happy with the work Tin and his team has done at our house. They are very easy to communicate, fast response. The whole team members were quite professional, courteous, and responsible. It is the worst experience I have had with a contractor that I have gotten from HomeAdvisor or AngiesList. I have contacted the company everyday for the last two weeks regarding my issues with the inexperienced crew which botched my exterior painting job and there has been no resolution. I keep getting told *we will send someone out to fix the issue* but no one has come.

They were very professional and accommodating. An area over/around custom glass roof area was expertly repaired (had rotten wood) and painted. VERY PLEASED...!! Will definitely call them again for other work.

Project cost came in much higher than quoted, several thousand more. Project was stated to be completed within 1-2 weeks but actually took over 6 weeks. I think the biggest pitfall for Painter1 is that he uses sub-contractors. You will save a little $$ with them, but I felt like I was constantly managing this project to get it completed. The house looks great now but getting the work done was a headache.

I hired Painter 1 of Raleigh to replace 53 pieces of siding, to caulk my seems, knock-in my nails, caulk my nails, and to paint the exterior of my home. The quality of Painters 1 of Raleigh work is horrible. Poor ownership, management, and leadership. A fraction of my repairs is out of code. My siding was placed directly on my shingles. A fraction of my siding is not even with the preexisting siding. A portion of my siding is cut wrong. Some siding that was supposed to be replaced was not. Siding that was not in the contract was replaced. The crew did not clean up behind themselves daily as stated in the contract. Unfortunately, I cannot post pictures of their work.
