They found one nearby and installed it on Monday. We had originally contacted one of the larger, established local firms who charged us just to diagnose the problem and wanted to order the OEM replacement. Even just replacing just the controller that way would have cost double what the motor-controller combo cost using All About. The markups on these parts is just ridiculous. They have also provided me with a warranty and clean outs will be installed in order to flush the system once a year. I have a quote for encapsulation as well. But that work will have to wait until I have a joist replaced."
