"The installers who did the work were great craftsmen. However, service during the installation and after the sale was sub-par. I did get a call when they would start work but never got any follow-up from any foreman or person in charge of the job. Somedays one person was working, other days they did not show. There was not any communication on how long the job would take, walkthrough of the job to be done, and if I had any concerns as the homeowner. I also was not sure who was in charge of the team working. When I saw that the windows were not being built out as discussed with the salesperson, I called and sent an email to Kingsford and no one bothered to reply. The next day I did speak to one of the guys working about my concern and he said he found out that morning about building out the window casings and would correct the issue. So obviously behind the scenes, they are communicating but not with the homeowner. There was also a language barrier and I was not sure if I was being understood or not. The product I bought was great and the work looks nice. I do think Kingsford needs to work on their customer service. I will say that customer service was excellent once it was time for me to pay the bill."
