Joe took the door off and refit it properly so I can now use my deadbolt again. My door knob lock was also sticking. After he checked it he said I needed to replace the door knob due to its age and suggested I go to a hardware store so I can get the new knob and get it rekeyed to my current key. Daniel Messer conducted a thorough inspection, inside and outside, and determined that our foundation is solid, but we have a water leakage problem. This is causing rain water to enter beneath our windows, resulting in a significant window trim gap and separation from the window. Daniel was very polite and helpful, advising that we most likely need a carpenter specialist to alleviate our problem. My wife and I really appreciate his honest evaluation."
