This is a company that not only answers their phone, but is happy to answer your questions and is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. When they had something to check on, they got back to you in a timely manner. Their crew who did the installation arrived in the timeframe we were promised, and they were also friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and cleaned up their mess when they were done. Another reason we liked using them for our roof project is they were able to replace a faulty gutter and a broken piece of siding hanging down on the roof, precluding us from having to find someone else to do that. We will be calling American Craftsmen when we want to replace our siding and windows. They take pride in how they do things, and it’s easy to see why they have so many great reviews. They actually looked at what I had and envisioned an affordable, more aesthetically-pleasing look for my little house. I have never been excited over windows before, nor realized how a change in the layout can affect its appearance. I definitely recommend them. I only gave them a 4.5 for work quality, because one of the windows were mis-measured and had to be reordered. Otherwise 5s all the way!"

"Carlos and Brothers replaced five windows for us. Because we live in an older home, it was necessary for them to custom-fit each of the windows, replacing and sizing most of the frames and sills. Given location of the windows, they also installed flashing under the windows, which rest on our sunroom roof. Their work was excellent! The windows, including painting and sealing surrounding surfaces, are lovely. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the duration of the work, the final cost was far lower than other estimates we received, and Carlos and his partners were pleasant, considerate of our needs, and tolerant of our yappy dog.
