My brick entry steps sank a few inches and cracked, and had become somewhat dangerous. He carefully removed and cleaned old brick so it could be reused, as new brick to match is no longer available. He suggested anchoring with rebar to prevent reoccurrence of the problem. He was there when he said he would be and arrived on time. Finished when promised. Final price was exactly as quoted. Good work. Honest. Highly recommend.

James and crew did a great job repairing the steps to our entry door. They were flat paves that had come loose and the mortar had been crumbling. It was a three-day process to ensure it was done correctly. He removed and replaced all mortar on the first day. On the second day, when it was completely dry he came back to give it a good cleaning. On the third day he came back to seal the steps. They look great! He was professional and friendly and I would definitely recommend and/or hire again!

Mr. Holt did a great job repairing our porch. The work was done quickly. He also cleaned and sealed the stones for us and when a problem occurred he worked quickly to solve the issue. He is very responsive and I cannot recall a time when he did not answer his phone.

Quick respsonse to inquiry. Mr. Holt is upfront about working a short day, but completed my project within a week. My flagstone patio looks like new, also cleaned, pointed, and sealed brick pavers bordering drive and sidewalk. Reasonable price for work. I have already reccomended him to friends who have been looking for masonry repair for as long as I dis.

Timely response to a few follow-up requests from me. Mr. Holt intends to satisfy his customers. Only works four or five hours a day, but that seemed OK on my job.

When he applies himself, the brick-cleaning and re-pointing is good. He did try to get away with doing the minimum, but cheerfully returned when I called him back to finish off the job properly.

Prompt, professional, and willing to talk through all the options for our job(s) to give really helpful advice, Mr. Holt did a great job redoing our front steps and gave a reasonable price on tuck pointing our house. Will hire him again when we're ready.
