Our spring broke and when trying to open manually it came off the track. Called two other places and no one would come out, period. Called E.G.M. and they came in 30 minutes, fixed it and made plans to come back and replace spring. Excellent work and service!!

This was so easy for me--made a phone call, set up appointment for the next day, he came to check on problem, went to get the needed part, returned to replace the part, and the problem was solved in less than two hours. I recommend this company highly! Price was reasonable and service impeccable!

Very nice, efficient, and a good value

My garage door would not open when I needed to leave for a flight out of RDU. Steve was the only garage door repair service that responded to my pleas for help. He showed up promptly; helped me get my car out of the garage; and identified the parts needed for repair. Steve said that he would be back as soon as I got back from my trip to make a permanent repair. Good to his word, he came back when I called to replace the broken parts. Job was done well and at a reasonable cost. I definitely recommend Steve (E.G.M. Garage Door Services)!

Estabon was very prompt and communicative about our appointment. He fixed an issue with my garage door that others over the years had said could not be fixed. My opener is also worn out and he will be installing the new one as soon as it arrives. Estabon explained every step of what he was doing and I love that. He was wonderful to work with!
