We designed this just for our house. They also did a very good job on the lean-to awning for my back patio. They said yes when all the other steel building companies said no. They also we're within price range of all the other companies. So we spent the same money to get a custom steel building. "It went fine. It ended up being $360. Repair a faucet was what he was supposed to come out and do, which he did. He did repair that. While he fixed that, he said, "Well, let me just look around and see if there is anything else that needs to be done." That was my mistake, I guess. Then, he said that there was an air exchanger or something that needed to be replaced. I said, "Well, actually we know that. I have one in the garage. We just haven't had it put on yet." He said."Oh well, I'll put it on for you." I said, "Okay. Thank you." So, he did those two services and then looked around and it came to $360. He talked to my husband into doing a contract - coming out two or three times a year to look around and see if our plumbing was okay and if our air-conditioner was okay. My husband said, "Okay." Two days ago my husband said, "We just need to talk because I don't know why I agreed to that." He was very nice. There was nothing wrong with what he did. His prices were too high."
