We designed this just for our house. They also did a very good job on the lean-to awning for my back patio. They said yes when all the other steel building companies said no. They also we're within price range of all the other companies. So we spent the same money to get a custom steel building. We are very happy with the speed of service and the professionalism of the total work crew of this company. If you want a steel garage these are the guys you want to go with they are fast. But they do extremely excellent work in a professional manner. And we are now the proud owners of a custom carport that we designed together. Not just some Factory model put on this site. They will listen to your needs and give you excellent customer service. Trust me we are hard customers to make happy. They not only made us happy they exceeded expectations. "I would like to give a shout out to Eric and I-construct for the new awning. They installed this for us in less than a day! He showed up for the initial inspection on time and gave me a quote on the spot. It only took a few weeks to get the material and was out in a few days at the time he said he would be on site to install. We were a little leary of what a "metal" roof would look like, but we could not warrant paying so much for a wood and shingle "shed" roof. We couldn't be happier with the appearance and workmanship. They did an awesome job. Glad we found them on FB and decided to use them for our roof. Thanks Eric and crew!!"

"Initially we asked for a full bathroom to be place in the laundry room of our basement. We also asked for the washer and dryer to be set up to work in our garage. Shane gave us an estimate of between $6000 and $8500. This was about what we wanted to spend and gave the ok. As he began to buy the materials that would address our needs he came back to us and recommended that we move one wall out 2 feet. The bathroom will be used primarily for my father who is 82 and he asked for a special shower with a seat and handles. We felt this was reasonable and were actually happy with Shane’s plan which would allow Dad more room. Shane also found a pump that would work for the shower, toilet and sink. Understandably, another estimate had to be drawn up and this brought the total cost to $11,000. Considering everything that was being done, we felt the increase was reasonable. Shane explain to us what actions he was taking throughout the project and we felt confident he would do the job right. He completed the job two weeks ago now and we are totally satisfied."

They coordinated all of their work with my painters and installed the new gutters very professionally. After installation, the job site was cleaned up."
