"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

We called them and asked them to build a custom deck.  He came out and started our deck immediately and added benches and different levels.  He took our design and added to it and made our dream deck better that we could have imagined.

The price was better than we thought it would be.

It was a great experience and we highly recommend them if your looking for a great design and great prices.

It may be tempting to DIY the construction of a swing set to save money, but we don’t recommend it. Since children will use the swing set, the entire system must be solid and safe, meaning the cost savings aren’t worth potentially endangering them. Plus, most DIYers will have to build their swing sets out of wood, which won’t last as long as metal or vinyl and introduces the risk of splinters. Instead, hire a local playground equipment installer to ensure the swing set is built safely and efficiently, setting up your kids for fun for years to come.

Rather than using a common two-by-four piece of wood for a rafter, you probably will use two-by-six, two-by-eight, two-by-ten, or even two-by-twelve boards. Wider lumber is typically a better choice in a larger building as it provides more sturdiness. Some installers may use wider lumber for rafters near the edges of the roof, where the greatest stress occurs, and save money with narrower lumber toward the middle.

The time it takes to build a shed heavily depends on the type of shed you buy. A prefab shed can be built in 4 to 8 hours, while a custom shed will be built off-site over the span of 2 to 5 days. It then takes a few hours, depending on the location, to move the finished shed to its final location.

Whether it is better to buy or build a chicken coop depends on your priorities, primarily cost versus time and effort. Building your own chicken coop can be significantly more budget-friendly, often costing about half as much as buying a pre-made one. If you have the time and skills, building a coop from scratch is the most economical option. However, if your time or skills are limited, buying a kit and hiring a handyperson to assemble it can be more cost-effective than hiring a carpenter to build a custom coop from scratch. If you want a perfectly constructed coop without sacrificing your own time and energy, buying one is the easiest choice.
