"This is The worst company!! Initially it seemed great I chose to go to the four week spray. Three weeks later after my first spray we are being ate alive by mosquitoes. So I contacted them and was told oh we don’t cover that you’re not covered you’re not guaranteed because you’re not three weeks schedule, do you want to switch to the 3 week schedule or pay for a “booster” spray.. NO! Fast forward to second treatment was this past Friday 7/24, note today is Tuesday. So from Friday until today so far we including my husband who never gets a bit is being eaten alive I called them got voicemail, called them again today I got the voicemail so I emailed them. I was promptly informed that oh I’m not covered I’m not guaranteed again because I am not under a three week schedule mind you it’s been 3 - 4 days days not months not weeks and again oh we can do a booster spray I said no that the tech who was here didn’t even spray all the areas she was supposed to. Do you want a booster spray? no I want you to come out and spray with a different technician we can’t do that so as like I told you before you are not guaranteed..So do you want a refund and then will cancel your service ? Yes! stay far far away from this company they suck. I mean I get the 3-4 week service guarantee whatever OK we’re talking days they can’t even guarantee satisfaction for days not worth the money they were charging for sure!"
