"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

"I ordered them to do cockroach treatment for entire house, inside and out including garage for a one time service for $150. Their treatment did nothing to solve the problem. The person who came into the house, literally came in with a hand held small spray bottle like the one you buy at the store, and sprayed in 5 locations inside the house. When I called to report that I still have roaches, I left numerous messages for Richie, but he never called me back. Even though they claim the service is "guaranteed" I can assure you that getting them to come back to fix their work will be impossible. Worst service I've ever seen."
