"Pest control can be a difficult service to assess, except in cases of a known pest that is eliminated and where demonstrable proof of efficacy is shown. "The only reason I did not hire this company is I am in negotiations to sell my house and buyer decided to complete pest control in lieu of closing cost assistance.
