"Two plumbing projects: install a whole house water filter system at the main water line and install a utility sink in the garage (install drain line, cold/hot water lines). The estimate process went well and very good price for work to be done. The estimator took detailed notes and pictures of the project area and material to be installed. The project was scheduled for two weeks after the estimate. Received a call in the morning of scheduled service stating I was the second call for the plumber assigned. Received call and text about 30 minutes prior to plumber showing up. The plumber assessed work and had to depart twice to get supplies. Completed the whole house water filter (replaced existing piping and valves, and installed new pipe and valves), and installed utility sink drain line, and installed cold water line, but did not install a hot water line, and said he would come back next day to finish. At noon the next day, I sent a text asking when he would be at my house and the company dispatch called and said the next opening would be next week. I am happy with the work and price, but the delay in completing work is a little frustrating. At least I can use the utility sink, cold water only, but it works until they can get back out to finish the job."

This was certainly a major project, but thanks to Diandre Williams, Yasser Garcia, and Thomas Jackson from JES, there was no disruption or inconvenience to our family. They arrived on time, checked in with us, explained what was going on, and went right to work. They were professionals and kept their workplace (our driveway!) neat and clean during the entire process. After they were finished Yasser, Deandre, and Thomas spent some time with my wife and me explaining what they did and what we need to do should we have concerns in the future.
