"called company regarding foul odor in bathroom. Owner gave advice over the phone, and offered to come to the house then, or the next day if problem was not resolved. We followed his advice, problem resolved, and his visit was not required. This suggested to me that he was interested in a happy customer, not making a house call just for the money. "Very professional. Jeromy wore a mask. He was polite and cleaned up the area after the install. I have a Choice Home Warranty and called them for the plumbing repairs.
