"We read some very good reviews for Mike and decided to contact him for an estimate for a bathroom remodel job we are planning to do. Mike was very quick to respond to our our inquiry through Angie's list, within an hour or two at the most. It took a week or so to sort out the date him to come and look at the site and get the inforamtion and discuss what we wanted done. He was very professional and knowledgeable and very friendly as well. He should get back with us in the morning with the estimate and we are looking forward to see what it will be. Hope to have him do our work for us."

"The first job I hired Aaron for was a toilet repair and bathroom faucet replacement. His work was timely and met all of my expectations. Since then he has fixed a leaked under my bathroom sink, basically rebuilt my water heater , and painted my bathroom. Toilet handles can get stuck for a couple of reasons, but it’s commonly an issue with the chain. Remove the lid and check the chain’s connection, running from the flapper to the handle arm. Sometimes the chain gets snagged on or against another part of the tank. 

The chain might not have the right tension. For example, a chain that’s too short can make the handle feel stuck. Check that there’s some slack in the chain. Old, worn-out flappers can get stuck, too. In this case, you’ll need to see which size toilet flapper you need.

For your vent to work properly, it needs to feed into the drain line within 6 feet of trapways that connect to it. Using this formula, you should be able to determine whether you will need multiple vent lines.

The most practical and common setup is a toilet that connects with the sewer line or a septic tank. However, it is possible to install a toilet without a sewer line, and this can be particularly helpful in basements with no or outdated plumbing. An increasingly popular option is an environmentally friendly composting toilet. Other waterless options include incinerating or dry flush toilets, which pull the waste into an airtight container.
