I had a very large tree fall on my house and patio. I called these guys for a tree removal job. They safety removed a very large tree laying across my deck that would have cost me thousands in damge if it would have shifted against my patio wall. They did a great job and I would hire these guys again in a second!

Had a large tree down, contacted TreesRUs and Justin came out and removed the tree. He had it loaded and gone in one hour, very professional. Clealy a 5 star service. Would highly recommend him for any tree services.

Had 2 trees fall from neighbors yard on Superbowl Sunday. Justin came out and cut one tree down in no time. He then came back Monday morning and finished the job as it finally quit raining. Very impressed he came out & worked in the rain to prevent trees from falling on our house, plus he was reasonably priced too. Would highly recommend for any tree work, especially in an emergency.

Tore up our yard with bucket truck but supplied grass seed & have us discount for my husband to fix it because my husband said he would fix it himself. Very customer oriented & very polite young men! Work done in a timely manner!

They started off impressively. They removed 3 of the four trees that I requested. Number 4 was a large poplar which they decided was going to require a different crew. They left requesting partial payment, which we paid. They left a hefty mess of debris and left my chain link fence down. Later, I received visits from two different climbers who said, no problem and I never heard from again. This whole thing started in November and dragged into January, when I hired them to finish the job. I believe Trees R Us underbid the job and decided to cut bait rather than honor their obligation. If a headache is what you are looking for, give them a shot.

There is no way we can express all that needs to be said about our experience with Trees R Us. Let me start by saying this company is completely incompetent and full of excuses. This is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. We tried through this entire ordeal to be patient and allow them to do right by us to no avail. It speaks for itself when one of the owners of the company Dan Leckrone leaves 5 star reviews online for his own company. See reviews and Chamber of Commerce. Wonâ t allow me to post the pics. We hired this company because 50 Leland trees lining our yard kept falling due to rain, snow etc. Several already fell on our outbuilding and fence into the neighbors yard. Concerned they would fall on our home and neighbors home or vehicles and with bad weather coming we were eager to get them cut down immediately. We hired Trees R Us LLC to do the task. Despite their shredder being in the shop according to them they originally committed to finishing in 4 days. They quoted us $140 per tree @ 50 Lelands or $7000 to remove, grind stumps, and cleanup. Almost a month later, many lies and excuses, other clients put as priority over us, and a $3500 deposit we were left with no apology and the following mess still to complete: * 29 lelands left * 4 cut to 4-8 ft tree stumps * Still clean up to be done * 8 stumps left to be ground Not even close to half the job done. On the morning they were initially supposed to start no one showed up or contacted us so I had to call to find out the status and expressed my concern about the lack of communication. They continuously prioritized other jobs over us and even pulled their crew off our job several times to work elsewhere. We addressed several times our concerns about their lack of urgency to do the job as promised. We were met with excuse after excuse and made to feel like we were a burden to this company. Ultimately they told us â they were going to continue to schedule others and get to us when they could and if we wanted to continue with a different company they would understandâ . So thatâ s exactly what we did. The company we hired came out and finished not only 29+ trees but the mess Trees R Us left behind. They only had a loader truck, a shredder, stump grinder, and 3 guys. They hauled large logs and branches manually. They climbed every tree and strategically cut them down one after another. It only took 20 total hrs for everything including stump grind and cleanup. They even had to have their shredder repaired during this time and it did not interfere with completing the job. We asked Trees R Us to reimburse us $700 from the deposit for them being overpaid which in correspondence with them they agreed the deposit was greater than the work completed. Instead they are refusing to reimburse us. While we made every attempt to be patient through this process and understand that issues with weather, equipment, and staffing do occur, we feel it was unreasonable that less than half the job was completed in almost a months time. So with this said, we will never recommend this company to anyone.

They had to come back three times to complete a one-day job. Each time they were missing something. First, it was the bucket truck, then it was a pole saw, the third time it was a ladder. I was happy to let them use mine, but they still could not, or would not, cut one tree as they said they would. I did not even mention to them that I am going to have to pay someone to fix the damage to my yard, caused by the bucket truck. Overpromised and underdelivered.

Friendly, safety conscious, professional. Will hire again the next time I need tree work done. No question!
