"Great job by this company. We just moved into a new house with little storage and they extended an existing closet. They exceeded our expectations; were on time; completed the work in 2.5 days and it looks like the extension was always part of the room. Very courteous and hard working guys."

Substandard work by BTR Construction! Painters made a mess and needed them to come back a second and third time to clean up and redo areas that didn't cover well the first time. Additionally, the floors they had painted all came undone one month into the pool season. When I called to ask about a warranty on the work I got handed from one person to another. When asked why no one would call me back I was repeatedly given an excuse of "there has been turnover in the company". When I finally did get in touch with the owner, he came out, looked at the work and said he'd get back with me. It's been two months and I've heard nothing from them. I called every other day but no one cares to call back.

At this point, I've accepted that I will not get BTR to come back and help resolve the issue. I'd be cautious of using this company. They get an D in my book for their overall work and ensuring customer satisfaction!
