Fortunately I was able to find another repair person who fixed the unit on site by replacing a few gaskets and a piston. It only took half an hour. Their trip fee was less than Progressiveâ s and thatâ s all it cost me to get my softener fixed. I am updating my review because the owner of the company contacted me and apologized for their inability to fix my water softener. He also sent me a check for a full refund of their trip fee."
