"I got six estimates for replacement of my 12-year-old water heater. I went with Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA. I’m extremely happy with the purchase and installation of my new water heater. Advanced Water Systems of Coastal NC-VA impressed me at every step of the process. They provided a fair estimate, professional communication and installation, answered all my questions during the process, and cleaned up after they were done. The installation team installed a new gas shut off valve and an expansion tank, in addition to the water heater, and didn’t add on extra charges like some companies. They also insulated the pipes. I’m thankful that everything is now up to code. The plumber explained the purpose of the expansion tank, other companies didn’t even mention one. We service commercial & residential service & repairs/ Building Maintnence / New Construction & Addition

"If you are ready to let go of plenty of money for work, then this is the place to call! The man that came out was courteous and polite and the work was good. Technician came out on a Saturday for weekend call and then had to return for a few hours on the following Monday. Total between 7-8 hours (included a trip to Raleigh from Creedmoor and back for a pump). We were charged an extra service charge on top of labor for the trip to get pump. The labor charge averaged out to a little more than $208 per hour. Company was called and bill was discussed. I was told that they do not charge by hour anymore, that they charge by the job and what work is done. (Replaced the pump, line and wire in well and tank). I was told that I would get a call back to discuss the bill, was called back the first time by the time that was stated, but asked could he call later that day when he had more time. There was never a call back. I know things are more expensive these days, but not this much!"
