Some issues came up during the job with my interior drywall because the sheetrock was installed incorrectly. They didn’t hesitate to come in and fix the problem. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving where you couldn’t even tell they were there. I noticed an immediate difference in sound and comfort in the house. I am very impressed with how friendly and professional they were. The job was quick and effective. Highly recommend."

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "Initial install into garage ceiling did not work. Subsequent parts and method did seem to work well to achieve a dense pack with fiberglass blown in. A lot of holes in the drywall ceiling. Be aware, a lot of dust from drywall during install and drywall repair. Price was very fair. Pleasant vendor. This was a complicated job."
