"Price was about average, can't complain - don't remember exactly how much or exact service date (disclaimer).  Company screwed up the scheduling.  Installer was busy with personal life and we had to work around their schedule.  Inconvenient.  Came out and sprayed insulation in the garage.  They left the door open to the basement so the entire chemical smell inundated the basement.  The spray was general even but there seemed to be small holes and spaces generally through out the insulation.  When I inquired about the small spaces the response was they generally use the small spray cans you can get at Home Depot\Lowes but that they didn't have any.  I said I would take care of it myself, I had enough inconvenience with the screw up in scheduling.  Other than that went well - it's not that involved, just spray foam. 
They did clean up the mess relatively well, but not perfect."

"Fantastic experience all around using SWS to encapsulate my crawl space from initial proposal through job completion. Chris Borgman with SWS conducted a very comprehensive assessment of my crawlspace, which included a series of pictures and a hand drawn schematic of the space. Chris walked me through his assessment and presented his recommendation, which I felt was very well thought out and made the most sense in terms of what issues were and were not present in the crawlspace. Never any pressure or upselling. The proposal was cost competitive as well. I could tell that he took great pride in the quality of work that he and his crew perform. I got the same vibe from Chris as well. My experience with SWS leaves me with the feeling that the company not only takes great pride in what they do, but that they also conduct their business with honesty and integrity and are committed to delivering a solution that optimally meets the needs of each customer. They do not flinch when it comes to going above and beyond if necessary either. I cannot recommend highly enough!"
