"The guys came out and fixed our fence that had been up for 62 years. Someone ran into our fence and took about 40 feet of our fence down. These guys replace our old fence and did a beautiful job. With the fence bing so old,I was afraid of what it was going to look like when it was fixed. These guys did a beautiful job in putting new fence that matched ours and it looks so pretty now and I am so proud of it now. I would highly recommend these guys to my best friend or anyone that needs to have a new fence or have it repaired. They matched our fence perfectly. We are very proud of our fence now and so thankful for the job they did."

Small jobs welcome

"Edward and his crew did an excellent job. The first delivery of fencing was subpar quality and they rejected it. That showed me they cared about the quality of their product. Fence is now done and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a fence installation. Thanks"

"Wow! My Wife & I have been saving for over 6 years for this project. A huge investment, after researching on the net we know it's the grace of God that we found Cliff & his Crew! M&M was upper middle of the pack total price out of the 4 bids we fielded, we pulled the trigger with Cliff 1.) Upfront leg work, literally one bid we got was hand written on some dirty notebook paper, another was only slightly more presentable than that. Cliff invested so much time in answering our questions, provided outstanding visual renderings with a professional proposal, timeline matrix & draw schedule. 2.) Track record, we were able to visit a current project M&M had ongoing at the time of our decision making, excellent references from most recent projects. 3.) At the end of our wonderful project experience , Cliff came back & announced that we came in under his projections, handed our final draw check back & had us write it $1,500 less...While we would have been happy to pay it, the honesty & integrity this Company exudes is likely few & far between in this sector. Bottomline, we're are so very happy with our brand new Kitchen! We're very fortunate to have hooked up with M&M, and we're already in talks with them for our next project!"

Fencing questions, answered by experts

Green branches are more flexible and easier to work with, but they'll shrink as they dry, which can loosen your fence weave over time—so you'll need to weave them extra tight to account for shrinkage. Some species, particularly willow, may also try to sprout when used green. For these reasons, it’s typically easiest to use branches that have dried for a week or two.

Most people prefer to keep the fence level by “stepping” the fence when running a horizontal fence over a slope. Stepping involves raising each panel between the posts as the fence moves over changes in slope, giving the fence line the appearance of stair steps. While this may be the preferred method of running a horizontal fence up a slope, there’s nothing wrong with installing your fence so it follows the undulations in the ground instead.

Yes, installing wrought iron fencing will usually require a building permit, as do all types of fencing. Building permits for wrought iron fencing typically cost between $150 and $500, and the price will vary based on where you live and how much your local building department charges. You may also need to pay for a property survey if you’re installing wrought iron fencing on your property line. This type of survey can cost around $500, but it prevents issues with building on neighboring properties, which can be much more expensive in the long run.

The cheapest farm fences are typically wire fences, which cost less to install than traditional lumber fences. Barbed wire is one of the most inexpensive options due to its simple materials, making it a good choice for low budgets. It is suitable for confining docile animals in large spaces, as it provides a visual barrier and a mild deterrent. Other options like hog wire and woven wire fences are also cost-effective because they require less lumber than a full wooden fence. These types of wire fences are strong, long-lasting, and relatively easy to repair, though they are often considered less aesthetically pleasing than wood.

Ideally, your concrete should set slightly above ground at an angle sloping away from the fence post. This will add extra support and allow water to run away from the wood fence post. Keeping water out will help prevent wood rot. Additionally, you can add soil on top of the concrete for a seamless finish.
