Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. Excellent communication thru the whole process from estimate to installation. The insulation installers were on time and super nice and professional. It was 97 degrees (feels like was 106) the day the insulation was blown in the attic. They worked had, but safely and the finished product was great. It looked like a bed of clouds in my attic space.
