Joe Felix of Perfect Patch was very professional. He visited the project twice in person; initially for the estimate and again before he started, to go over details. The popcorn removal, ceiling repairs and painting were completed while we were out of town. Coming home to smooth ceilings was an amazing treat! Ripples in the ceiling were gone! Edges were clean and evenly caulked! The painting was flawless. And the house was clean! This really was the perfect patch....thank you Joe and Abbey for treating our house like it was yours.

Joe and his daughter, Abby, did an expert job of removing popcorn from our spare bedroom ceiling, repairing water damage with new wallboard where necessary. Joe first covered the entire room with plastic lining, including the carpeted floor. This prevented the dust, the debris from popcorn removal and fallen insulation from dirtying the room. Once the repair / replacement was completed, the team applied mud where necessary and lastly painted the ceiling. This job lasted approximately two and a half days. Joe had collected most of the loose insulation and placed it in a large garbage bag and later went in our attic to redistribute it. He was very friendly, reliable, kept to his estimated cost and time for the job and was always on time. I will not hesitate to hire him again to do more ceiling repair and / or popcorn texture removal.

He was fairly priced, always on time, was very respectful of my home, communicated with me and did a phenomenal job removing popcorn ceiling, repairing, priming and painting in my 2800 sq ft home! We hired Joe to remove the popcorn ceilings and repair the drywall underneath. What a fantastic job he did! He went above and beyond in his work and our ceilings look brand new. He gave careful attention to detail and while it is a messy job, he did a great job in keeping it as clean as possible each step of the way. As far as cost goes, he was the more cost effective one of three quotes and is an expert at his craft. I hired Patch Perfect to remove and replace a sagging drywall section and to also remove the popcorn ceiling of the entire living room. I also had him paint the ceiling afterwards.
