"Many construction mistake make but was willing to correct and for the most part did a good job of that. Their concrete subcontractor did a poor job and to me seemed to rush the project which lead to poor leveling and water pooling on surface. Bender Contraction was award of the problem & did nothing."

"Words cannot describe how well these guys did and everything they worked with us on. We had several small jobs and deck work. They painted our high vaulted walls and ceilings. They fixed our shower plumbing and added an acces panel for the shower. They installed a new ceiling fan. They re-faced our rotted deck and replaced several joists. Replaced both sets of stairs and set them in concrete. Amazing woodworking, professionalism, punctual, truly good people that you can actually trust. All work was done in a very timely fashion. We will definitely hire again for various projects around the house."

"We called the company on a Sunday morning to see of they could do something to stop the leak in our metal roof.
They actually answered the phone and offered to help! Mr. Farmer was at our house within the hour and found the leak right away.
He had to climb up on the metal roof in the rain and replace a leaking screw.
Mr. Farmer was very professional and very courteous and completed the job quickly.

"James was personally involved with the roof replacement project. He gave a date to perform the job and his team came on time, and replaced the roof in a day. "He is honest, prompt, and is meticulous about what he does. He is very careful and does everything in a nice manner. He sticks with us until he has finished and I am satisfied. His prices were reasonable. He continues to do the job until he does it right. He is very responsive. He is very punctual and if he is going to be late, he calls and lets you know. He is very professional. If I have anything to be done anytime, I would rely on him. It is nice to have somebody like him to help. He is going to fix the garage door for me soon. When I met him he was doing work for another house in the neighborhood and I decided to use him since my brother-in-law- was moving in close by. He did things for him and then helped me. He has not given me a quote for that work, but he has been reasonable in everything he has done."
