We are overall pleased with the services provided.  They did a great job in designing the kitchen layout to get the most out of the space available.  Their recommendations for cabinetry were great as we are extremely pleased with the craftmanship of the cabinets. They used subcontractors to do the counter tops and we were very pleased with them as well.
