"The young man from Above & Beyond (found under handyman)  company showed up to give me an estimate. He was very professional and polite, problem was after he quoted me a price and we set a date, he never came. I had to call him at least twice to even get a call back and the third phone call, from me, was to ask if he wasn't going to do work to let me know so I could find someone else. He did finally get back to me to let me know he couldn't do it. All in all it was a waste of both of our time.

"I have used the services of John Adams/101 Building Services for my home and had great results.  Our church needed some exterior repair and I asked John to give us an estimate for the work.  After I received his estimate we met at the church and discussed exactly what needed to be done.
John not only did a quality job for each of the tasks on the list, he noticed some additional related items that needed work and, after checking with me, repaired those also.  For example, he powerwashed much more than the portico and steps that we contracted for.  While he had his gear hooked up, he also power washed the front walkway and back entryway.  He also repaired damage to two additional windows.
We have a small church with a limited budget.  John refused to accept any more in payment than what was initially agreed.  He said the additional work was his gift to the church.  Overall, we were extremely happy with the quality of John's work and appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile.

My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. Nick(owner) made choosing and staying within budget and the outcome is exactly what we wanted Nick and Corrine oversaw every detail. The tear out of the old and the install of the new went as planned . And took no more than 14 working days. Installation of everything was respectfully quite and spot clean which is great because our kitchen is right in the middle of the house! Neighbor said they observed how neat the crew was and how the crew routinely hauled away the torn out cabinets and daily debris. No dumpster necessary!
