"The quote was for a complete remodeling of our house; tearing down walls and putting up new ones. The house was going to be gutted to the point where we had to move out to have the renovation done. After they met us, it took a little while for them to get back to us to give a quote. Other than that, it was great. The gentleman who came to meet us and go over the plans was very polite and kind. However, their quote wound up being the highest among the ones we got. We did not use them. We will probably not call them in the future."

Haines began fairly quickly after bid accepted, and worked tirelessly to arrange for demolition and major carpentry, building his own external stairs to window so as to avoid bringing construction material/debris through house. Timing of carpentry, roofing, hvac, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, cabinets/countertops choice and installation, and flooring was well-coordinated with no down-time. Very happy with finished project, and will be using Haines on smaller master bath remodel."
