STEVE'S PLUMBING

Steve has been to my house twice and has been incredibly professional, kind, and clean both times. The first time, there was a leaking bathtub in my 2nd floor bathroom and although he had to cut the ceiling in the living room, he identified the problem and fixed it quickly and cleanly. He came the second time to my house to address a non-working kitchen sink garbage disposal and did it on the day I was moving! I couldn't have been more grateful for his services that day!

Steve's Plumbing was phenomenal. I contacted them late on a Saturday afternoon, after scouring the area for emergency plumbing services, because my house had lost all water. Steve (and his brother, Tyson) came out within 30 minutes or so. They assessed the problem, and although neither is a small man, they spent a couple of hours in our 2.5 foot crawl space fixing the issue. They were professional and capable, and they were able to restore the water. Their fee was more than fair. I would definitely hire them again.

Steve is honest, dependable and reliable. He is my first go to plumber!

I've found Steve to be very professional, knowledgable and helpful. He seems genuinely committed to solving the problem rather than excessively lining his pockets. And my normally anti-social dog liked him! I'll definitely use them again.

Jeremy and Steve showed up and fixed it in less than an hour. Not only do they do great work, they were very flexible. I had originally scheduled an appointment with them for a Thursday, but something unexpected came up at work. I called them and was able to reschedule for the following Monday. The original lead time was a couple weeks. I really appreciated them working with my schedule.

Steve responded promptly with an estimate after his initial visit. His estimate contained the things we wanted without us mentioning them to him ahead of time, e.g., 18 inch trench (greater than the code of 12 inches) and 1 inch pex piping. In addition Steve and his crew were mindful when scraping the gravel to the side, and then they covered the gravel with plastic to protect it from the dirt being dug for the trench. The dirt then the gravel was put back in place with only a minor amount of dirt clumps needing to be raked out of the gravel. They started the job on the day Steve committed to start, showed up on time, completed the job within the timeframe estimated and at the estimated cost. We cannot rate the price because other plumbers did not provide a firm estimate to compare against. However, we asked our long-time plumber, who does not have the crew to do a job like this, what he thought an estimate might be. Steve's estimate was in line with that guesstimate.

Steve's Plumbing came out to the house promptly at the appointed time (they were actually available earlier, and called to see if we wanted to change the time which I appreciated). They did a thorough inspection of the shower, opened up the ceiling, and tested the pipes. In the end they determined that the leak was coming from cracks in the grouting (and not the plumbing itself), but I appreciated their thoroughness, recommendations for repairs, and courteousness.

Steve and Jeremy were terrific! I'd been having a sewer gas smell in my laundry closet after I did laundry - they checked it out and found it was a simple fix (the drain hose was pushed too far into the trap, causing the drap to run dry from force of the water from my HE machine). They explained the issue very well and gave me tips on how to eliminate lingering bacteria. I'd expected a major repair, so it was wonderful that it wasn't one. 
I was also impressed that when I called they were able to come by promptly even though I wasn't having an emergency issue.  Really happy to find them and will be using them whenever I need a plumber.

Steve and his assistant were amazing. They were persistent, and kept at it after other plumbers would have given up and brought in an excavator. We were so grateful- Steve saved us a ton of money! He also told us how to make sure this doesn't happen again. They were friendly, professional, and honest.

Took them about 15 minutes.  Good work but they should have charged me according to time and effort needed, not according to some set price.

Work went well; actually, Steve made recommendations that lowered my repairs and costs. I was a bit surprised at the cost to get plumbers to come to your house. I also had purchased some shower facets from a major home building supply which proved to be quite faulty. Steve installed one, showing me the issues with using the units I purchased ... they were quite bad. He said he could get plumber quality units, similar to what I had purchased, that would not have the issues the store purchased products did, but they were a bit more expensive. I asked him to go ahead and order them and install them for me, but haven't heard back from him.

Very punctual and  polite.  They uninstalled the old faucet and installed the new one.  They cleaned up where they had worked and left everything as if nothing had happened!

I was very happy with them. I liked Steve; he was very professional and did good work.

It was very unprofessional to fail to follow up on initial visit.

Initial call to the company was promptly and professionally handled, a time estimate provided for service that same day, and when it became clear that the service technician was going to be a little late, the company contacted me and advised me of that fact.  The service technician arrived well within the revised time estimate.  Work was accomplished efficiently and expeditiously, without being rushed, and results of the repairs were completely satisfactory.  In addition to the work that I requested be done, the technician suggested one additional modification to the toilet, which I agreed should be accomplished.  The additional work did not cause a significant increase in cost above the estimate I was given over the phone for the job I asked to be done, and the price was, I believe, quite (extremely) reasonable.

In three visits: Replaced one toilet on first visit, quickly, and very
professionally. The color for the second toilet needed to be ordered, so
he came back about five days later. Also replaced quickly and
professionally. Then I called him on a Friday because of a leak in the
family room ceiling, coming from the bathroom directly above. He fit me
in at the end of the day, and explored all possibilities to identify
where the leak originated. Finally, found water leaking from a plumbing
pipe that vented into the roof. No charge for that visit - which
involved lots of  figuring and investigation.
