"Tommy came yesterday to clean our sofa. When I called to schedule the appointment, he said he would arrive between 10-11 am. There was no guessing what time he would arrive; he called when on his way and arrived promptly at 10. He used Organic products (which smelled fantastic) and did a fabulous job. When he left, the sofa was dry....no two hour drying time like other companies. Highly recommend!!"

"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The floors look so awesome now! They shine and are wonderful to walk on because I know they are really deep-down clean. They need to update their listing on Angie's List to reflect this new focus."

"An employee of Carpet Purity, Ben, came to our home an hour earlier than the agreed upon time, but that was fine since everything was already moved. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the state of the carpet and advised us on how to care for it after the cleaning. I will say that our one issue was that they had to use our electricity, water, and a power strip. We could not beat the quality of work and the price, so that was minor overall. Great experience and will definitely use again"
