He uses an interesting process that I haven't seen before -- the carpets are mostly dry after he's done, which means you can walk on them and start moving furniture back immediately. "It wasn't quite what I expected, but they did fine. They didn't charge more than the $99 special. What they did, they did fine. They were on time. I wouldn't use them again, not for the fact of what they did, just the fact that what I need is more than grout cleaning. One worker came."

"An employee of Carpet Purity, Ben, came to our home an hour earlier than the agreed upon time, but that was fine since everything was already moved. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the state of the carpet and advised us on how to care for it after the cleaning. I will say that our one issue was that they had to use our electricity, water, and a power strip. We could not beat the quality of work and the price, so that was minor overall. Great experience and will definitely use again"
