Although he had to move furniture around, he charged me his original quote (that did not include furniture moving). For that reason I increased the amt I paid him. He was courteous and professional. He went room to room, assessing the carpet's condition and told me what I could expect, results-wise. He brought in his machine which worked fast and fairly noise-free. After he'd done 2 rooms he said that the carpet was turning out great and better than he expected...great, I thought. "My initial phone call was returned within 2 hours, after a description of the work a price was given, the cleaning was scheduled for the next day at 4:30 pm, that evening Ken called to say they had a cancellation and would be able to come between 2:30 and 3:00 pm.
