When I called A=Acess Lock and Key, Teddy Poulos answered and expressed concern for my situation. He said he had a customer scheduled for lock work, but that he would call tem a see if the would mid a short delay. He called me back in 2 minutes and said he could be at my place in about 10-15 mi\inutes. He arrived in 10 and opened my locked door in about 90 seconds. He was very cuteous and professional and I was impressed with his customer oriented approach and the excellent job he did. If I ever need a locksmith again. I will definitely use him."
