They were very responsive and we set up an appointment for them to come out in about 30 minutes. It was more like an hour and 30 minutes but they stayed touch and kept me up to date. Sal did a great job of both replacing the knob and keying the locks to match those in the garage. They were courteous and got the job done with little fuss.

I called their number, he answered promptly and said he could be at our house within 20 minutes. It was getting late on a school night and my son was locked out of his room. He arrived on time and was able to unlock the door within just a couple minutes. Very satisfied with the work and the price.

We previously had purchased what we thought were replacement keys for our GM car and we had these keys cut at our local Home Depot. We didn't realize we had purchased cloning keys until Eugene came and attempted to program them. He said they weren't the right keys, but that he had the correct keys with him that he could cut and program. He cut and programmed the keys and they worked perfectly. Eugene will be the one we call for any future key problems.
