Randy was very responsive any time I texted or emailed him, often replying on the same day (even on weekends!), and patiently and thoroughly answered all our many questions. They started the job when promised, finished it promptly even though we told them we were in no rush, and made helpful suggestions that resulted in a better project outcome.
