He gave me an estimate before doing the work and let me know he was going to try and estimate on the high side so there would not be any surprises. He told me there was probably a small leak in the system and this would only be a temporary fix. The house is cool for now and that is all I could ask for. The final cost was half what he estimated. So I was pretty happy about that. I will contact them for further assistance as needed."
