Most recently, I had another company go out to diagnose a system that company installed back a few months ago because the thermostat wasn't working. After dropping the ball on two occasions, and then quoting me close to $1000 to run a new wire, I decided to call Landen. Carlos was quickly dispatched and within a half hour of arriving, had found the problem and had a fix in place! Holy Cow! Nowhere near the cost or ordeal that the other company was painting. These quotes seemed exorbitant and so I got some estimates, all much lower, and chose Dominion on the basis of reviews. Terrone said my furnace did not need a cleaning, passing up an opportunity to charge me for something I thought I needed, and repaired my humidifier for less than the cost the other company had quoted for merely removing it. He showed me what he was doing, explained how my heating system worked, and charged me a fair price for the job. I would certainly call Dominion again for any HVAC needs."
