We were having problems pulling our hose out of the wall and then having them retract smoothly. Jeremy seemed very knowledgeable about our system and was quite low key about trying to sell us anything. He simply showed us why we were having the problem we were having. We did end up buying two new hoses, but this was because it was obvious that the old fabric-covered hoses were a bad design and would continue to cause problems. We could have cut off the cloth covering that had stretched and bunched up to prevent the hoses from retracting properly, but we preferred just buying the new, lighter weight hoses and be done with it. Jeremy hauled the old hoses away, so all is good. I gave 3 stars on the value because I do not know how the price we paid compares with others since we did not do any comparison shopping.

My goodness, they KNOW their products!! I spoke with 3 different people for different reasons and they never had a lapse of communication with each other or with me. I was VERY well informed from beginning to end. Jeremy Womble was right on time and could not have been any more skillful, professional or polite. He is completely service driven and did a wonderful job for us; including cleaning behind himself!! Love that! Worth every penny.

This installer guy came earlier than he said he would. Work straight through the day until the job was completed. I have a completely finished basement and he went up into the ceiling from the basement to the second floor installing vacuuming outlets that look professionally done.

Give me a 2 hour window for arrival from 12 - 2 and arrived at 12:15. Tech was knowledgeable and worked quickly (~ 1 hour) and efficiently. Give me some recommendations on preventative maintenance that I could do. Excellent customer service. Would use again and highly recommend their services.

I echo all the positive comments of the previous 5 star reviews. We had a bad motor in an old unit so decided to install a brand new unit. Jeremy took the time to walk through all aspects of the technology and his work and left me feeling confident I made the right choice. With the candy apple paint job, the unit even looks good in the garage!

The Central Vacuum Experts representative fixed my clogged central vac and then spent time to check out and tested the six other ports. Our system has not worked as well since it was installed. Iâ ll hire them again if I need to have the system serviced again.
