"Had a little trouble finding this customer...the address stated above turns out not to be the address that we actually cleaned. Customer called on Sep06 (from an airplane) and asked for a clean for the next day. At the time, it didn't appear that we could accommodate but indicated we would call back if anything opened up, which in fact happend. We called the customer back and said we could help him but he said he decided to "sleep in" and please show up on Sep10 which we did, promptly at 9:00a.m. He greeted our team by saying we would have to wait because he was on the phone (10-15 minute delay waiting outside). We could not verify the above stated price of $120 hr...in fact, we haven't charged that amount since 2009. We stated our price and indicated that we typically can do 1000 square feet per hour. He was advised that our price changes in 15 minute increments. Based on his stated square footage, we "estimated" 2 hours to finish the clean. The customer was advised that it appeared that we may need some additional time but his $30 discount was still applicable. When the clean was finished, the customer advised that everything "looked fine". Our team was in the home for 2 1/2 hrs but we only charged him for 2 hrs and 15 minutes plus applied the discount...for a total of $267.00. Our job notes make no mention of a smear on his mirror. We should have caught this with our walk around inspection; however, we would have returned to fix the problem had it been brought to our attention. Although, he had indicated everything looked fine, he was quite rude to our supervisor and said "next time" he would require a "clock-in and clock-out" time. I'm not quite sure about his reference to our vacuum cleaners, which, by the way are "top of the line", including hepa filtration. We are always disappointed when a customer is dissatisfied; however, I can't find anything in our job notes that would indicate any incorrect pricing and/or substandard performance on our part."
"It's very disappointing to receive a poor review, especially when our record indicates a couple of issues but nothing to support a "D" rating. Our standard pricing was for 3 hours and 35 minutes and we allowed a $30.00 discount. The price actually worked out to be quite a bit less than the "$500" referred to in the review. This was a very large home. We looked back at our pricing and found it to be correct. The Co-owner of our business personally visited the customer after work and found the environment to be very positive. In addition, a rework team visited the home the next day and corrected all issues we were made aware of. If our supervisor seemed annoyed, we could have easily switched teams relative to ongoing business. We are disappointed that the overall experience didn't meet the customer's expectation. "Overall, we are pleased with this review although we did notice that the service date shows Apr2010 and our database shows Mar2011. We also don't show this to be a move-out clean. The pricing was our standard pricing with an extra $30.00 discount. Since it was only a one-time clean, our records are limited...so I'm not sure what brought the quality rating down to a "B". "The actual clean referred to in the above report took place Oct 19, 2006. From what we can "piece together" from our notes, the actual arrangements were made with the mother of one of our regular customers (who said we were "wonderful"). Our notes list her priorities...dust & vacuum floors...blinds in bathrooms & bedrooms...windows in the kitchen & dining room...detail dusting on all cabinets, baseboards & door frames. Although, we will do chandeliers, it usually requires special arrangements since a ladder is often required. Due to tight OSHA "regs", we don't allow our normal cleaning crew to use ladders. It sounds like a case of misunderstanding between the original verbal specs and the priorities stated on the job site. We are sorry that this misunderstanding caused such a negative experience with our company. We would "love" the opportunity to "try again" and make things right."
