Carl was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest! I was able to get a same-day AC repair, and he provided 3 options and explained each of them thoroughly. He was truthful and not willing to quickly offer the most expensive repair, which my family appreciates given we have been serviced by several other companies in the past. I am pleased with the service and highly recommend Boyd's!
