We have been with them for about 4 years now, 2 houses later, 5 units services, 2 units replaced (which were both 20+ years old), they have taken care of us time and time again. We most recently had an issue with our refrigerant line, which was condensing on our sheetrock in our bedroom and staining the wall. McClintock had Jason (shoutout to him- he rocked) at our house on the same day and addressed the issue. They, then, worked with us and had the wall repaired and restored to better than it was before within a few days. Baylee, Amber, and Larry were exceptionally kind and patient with me- answering my questions and restoring our home. His communication skills are excellent, and he even responded to me on a Sunday about an approximate arrival time on Monday. He sent me a video of the debris removal process, so I could see how much lint was trapped in the line. He cleaned up after himself and was very pleasant to talk to. I wish all contractors were as good as Steve."
