He turned it over to his assistant, Andy, who was very pleasant and completed all the work within 6 hours on a day of arctic-like temperatures! Andy made sure to include me and my wife in the entire process and made some on-the-fly adjustments to the plan based on input from my wife. Kevin is a proactive thinker and made great suggestions along the way to keep the final price in line with the estimate. Andy is terrific to deal with, is very friendly and his work is thorough. After the work was done, Andy had the patience to wait for me to complete something I was in the middle of and then he took the time to go through the operation of the lighting transformer and also showed me how to change the light bulbs and position/orientation of the lights.
