They were very professional and did an amazing job. They brought in a backhoe to dig the trench in the front of the house to the sewer tap at the front of the yard. Then they had to put in new pipes under the crawl space of the house and reroute them to the new entrance. So much work during a heat wave! They were fantastic with communication and everything they said they would do were completed over an above expectations! We highly recommend Superior Pluming and Drains, LLC and will always use them for any work we need. Another major point in their favor was their price. We called in 4 plumbers with varying price quotes. They weren't the lowest but they were half the price of one! We were very confident after talking with them even more so after their work! He didn't charged us extra for that, he was very through and even cleaned after he was done! He was also very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. "They are far overpriced from all other companies. They charged extra for every single thing .. to dig up the septic lids...to use an air blower... for extra hose.. They pumped the septic then realized this didnt clear the drain line therefore charged extra to use another tool to clear it. $600 for a pump seems unreasonable."
