I had a concern with the ceiling fan since the family room has a 20ft ceiling, the work went very smoothly. Installation of the cabinet lighting was more involved then I imagined, however, it went very smoothly as well. When the work was completed they cleaned up the work areas. The final cost of the project was the same as the estimate. I would definitely use Viva electric again for large or small electrical projects."

He cleaned up everything once he finished and left my house as he found it. Bonus....an electrician from a different company previously told me that one of my light fixtures attached to a fan would need to be re-built or replaced. I asked Jason to take a look and he quickly identified the problem and fixed it. Turns out a little switch on the socket had been turned off; I didn't need a re-build or replace after all. Jason saved me quite a bit of money and time and scored a few points. John has also worked at my house replacing an exterior ceiling fan on the porch - same great service and respect! Ashley handled the scheduling and she is friendly and pleasant to speak with. My schedule is a little tricky at times and she worked diligently to schedule Jason and John when it worked best for me.
