"I hired DRYWORX to waterproof my basement. The founder, Jason Lott, took my deposit but did not start work until 2 months later. Once started work, took another month to finish the work at my house. But less than 2 weeks after paying him in full, the ground started eroding away from the house because he did not compact the ground, so the work was not done! We called him and he did not come to see the problem until almost a month later. After assessing the problem it took him over 2 weeks to come fix the problem. When he showed up to fix the problem, he did not come prepared with the right tools or materials. Not only did he not fix the problem, he was deceptive and tried to covered up the problem with dirt. Upon an inspection with him, it was uncovered that he tried to cover up the problem with dirt, his worker started getting violent and Jason threatened that "you don't want to mess with him". They both left the house and did not return to fix the problem and left my property in worse condition than when they arrived. I paid him in full but now I have to hire contractors to finish the work that he failed to do."
