"Josh was impressive from the very beginning. I needed to repair deck boards from several decks that had failed or discolored due to sun exposure or other issues. It was a bit complicated because the failed boards were along the deck perimeter and required the dismantling of deck railing and other parts. Josh found the sole manufacturer of the boards (in Canada) and located distributers in the US and sorted out the delivery logistics...not a fun task. He called me and we discussed various options and came to an agreement on the cost and timing which I thought was very reasonable. Josh didn't require money up front and I knew he was a man of his word, and he clearly knew how to handle and manage the work. Josh and his team arrived on the agreed date and completed the work in two days. They did an impressive job and made some changes that were improvements over the original installation. Eldridge is not only an artist, he is a skilled carpenter and was able to diagnose and fix a leak on a chimney, as well as replace all wood and trim so that it looked as good as new. He was very patient in allowing us to take our time to select just the right colors, and he even custom mixed a wonderful slate gray ("Eldridge Gray") that now covers the deck. There were some rain delays, but Eldridge was there every time that it was possible to work on the house. He was always on site supervising his workers.
