"I Had an issue with a clogged toilet that with everything we tried it just wouldn't unclog at all. Mikey came out quickly even though he was coming from over an hour away. He was professional, friendly, and got everything taken care of without any hassle. Really appreciated him making the trip and helping me out. Would 💯 definitely recommend"

"We recently purchased a townhouse in Asheville as a second home to be near our daughter that had recently moved there. The unit had been a rental unit and need several upgrades. We replace the Formica countertops with granite and had to have the faucets replaced and the new sink drains connected. The work was done promptly and the workmanship was excellent. Everyone that we dealt with was professional and pleasant."

"Servicemen (2) arrived on time, evaluated the problem, attempted a fix.  However, soon after they left, the toilet showed the same problem as before.  The servicemen returned the next day, and correctly fixed the problem with no additional charge.  So I can't give them a top grade for quality, they made up through responsiveness and professionalism.

Toilets questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can fill your toilet tank manually to help it flush, or you can pour the water directly into the bowl to flush it manually. This will work for the majority of toilets, as most use a gravity feed system. However, you should only ever use this as a temporary solution. If your toilet tank isn’t filling, you should find out why. First, make sure the speedy valve connected to your toilet and your water main are open. If that doesn’t solve the issue, call in a professional to address the problem.

Whether or not a power-flush toilet is worth it depends on your toilet needs and your budget. If your bathroom sees a lot of use or you’re concerned about the toilet clogging, then a power-flush toilet may be the right choice. You should also check the pressure requirements to make sure your system can handle the necessary requirements.

Silicone-based caulk is known for its waterproofing qualities, so it’s the best option for any bathroom area. While it’s often more expensive, it will provide a better, longer-lasting seal than acrylic or latex caulk. Use it along the base of the toilet to prevent leaks and keep the area clean and protected.

You definitely can over-tighten toilet tank bolts. Unlike some other materials, porcelain can’t bend or flex, so when you over-tighten a screw into it, it could break against the added pressure. Only tighten them as much as needed to keep them in place and firm; any more and you could risk breaking the porcelain.

Options include standard, dual-flush, and low-flow models. Choose based on water efficiency and design preferences.
